There's Something New at CTMH. . . .

It's here!!!!  Studio J, CTMH's fabulous new digital scrapbooking tool, launches TODAY!!  Can you feel the excitement?  Now, I know that to many of you, the digital scrapping world is a huge unknown, and is a little scary, but just click here to go to my Studio J information page, and try it out!  You'll have fun, I promise!!  It may not be the way you want to scrap all the time, but don't we all have those projects that we want to get done fast, but still look great??  Just pick your kit, drag and drop a few pictures, and VOILA!

OK, so the big Open House is this week-end.  I can't wait to show everyone the totally adorable products Close To My Heart has to offer.  I know some of you can't come to the Open House, so I thought I'd post some pix of my May classes.

This picture is the first page in my Veranda board book class. . . the camera just does not do justice to the beauty of the papers.  It is a cute little 6 x 6 chipboard book, suitable for all sorts of occassions (hmmmm. . . Mother's Day is coming up. . . . ).  Simple and sweet!!   Look at the slideshow on the right for pictures of all the pages.

Each month I will offer a class I am calling the "Paper Princess Royalty Kit". Each basic kit includes 12 double-sided B&T Duos patterned papers, 10 pieces of coordinating cardstock, an exclusive stamp set (available only with the kit), a pack of embellishments, and a beautiful, full-color guide to complete either 4 scrapbook pages, or 12 cards.  All of that for only $29.95!!!  I am SERIOUSLY amazed at how much product is in these kits!!  A really great value at that price.  And so easy to do, since the instructions are included.  :-)  I will teach the scrapbook pages and the cards on different days, and I am going to offer both day and evening classes, so nobody will miss an opportunity to work on these fun projects!

Open House this week-end!!!!!!

OK, so I'm so excited about this business that I can hardly stand it, and I definitely want  to share it with all of you!!!!  So here are the details for the Open House this week-end:

Where:  my house, 309 N. Old Dominion Lane, Purcellville
When:  Saturday, April 24, 7-9:30pm  OR  Sunday, April 25, 6-8:30 (just drop by whenever you'd like)
What:  make a FREE card, tickets for door prizes, cute projects, class sign ups, and great food!!

So here's the deal. . . . you will earn tickets for the door prize drawings just for showing up.  BUT, you can also earn additional tickets BEFORE the Open House.  Here's how:

It's here!!!

OK, so the big brown truck delivered the most wonderful package to my door on Friday. . . my starter kit!!!  YAY!  It is absolutely unbelievable how much product is in the starter kit (and I got the scrapbooking and cardmaking add-ons, too, so that added a few more goodies).  Here is a picture of all my "stuff" laid out on the floor.  I've been busy all week-end creating and crafting, so I hope to have some pictures up in the next day  or two.  Such seriously CUTE stuff!  Can't wait to show it to you all!  Be sure to come to the Grand Opening party on April 24 or 25!!

Grand Opening and special incentive. . .

So I sat down with my calendar tonight and scheduled the dates of my first workshops and classes.  I will host a "Grand Opening" the week-end of April 24-25.  I know everyone is super busy on the week-ends, so I have 2 different times set aside:  Saturday 7-9:30pm, and Sunday 3:30-6:00pm.  Come to either, or both!! Plan on making a FREE super cute card, featuring the new Splendor paper.  So pretty!  I can't wait to show you all the BEAUTIFUL new papers and stamps in our new Summer Idea Book!! I will have samples of classes and workshops on display as well, but I know you will LOVE everything CTMH has in their amazing product line. It's coming. . . .

I received an email yesterday with a UPS shipping notification.  My starter kit will arrive on Friday, April 9.  YAY!!  I can not wait to play with all my new goodies.  Luckily, I am going to a crop on Friday and Saturday, so I should have plenty to keep me busy!  :-)

It's official!!!!

I officially signed up today to be a Close To My Heart consultant.  Yippee!!!  I CAN NOT WAIT for all my goodies to come in the mail.  I'm so excited to be teaching again, and enabling, er, I mean, HELPING others learn this wonderful world of scrapbooking, stamping and papercrafting!  Stay tuned for super fun workshops and clubs coming soon. . . . . . . .
